Vanities, countertops and storage
The vanity is the storage, the counter and most of what you see when you walk in. Replacing it can be a one-day swap or the center of a remodel, depending on whether the plumbing moves. Bailey & Bear installs stock and custom vanities, and sometimes repaints a good one instead.

If the box is solid and the size is right, a repaint with new hardware and a new top is the cheapest real improvement. On Resaca we repainted the existing vanity and added new countertops as part of a master bath renovation.
If the size is wrong, the doors are failing or you want drawers instead of doors, replace it. A stock vanity is fastest. A custom vanity fits the room exactly and can include things like a makeup area or tall linen storage.
