What is different in a condo
Many Austin condo associations require written approval of the scope before work starts, and some want proof of insurance, a work schedule or specific flooring underlayment. We get the association's rules early so the job does not stop halfway.
Water shutoffs can affect other units, so the building often has to be involved. And a leak in a condo shower is not only your problem, which is why we do not cut corners on the waterproofing behind the tile.
Condo bathrooms we have remodeled
East Avenue (September 2023): with The Elevated Stag on design, we renovated a two-bedroom condo, including a complete remodel of the master and guest baths with new tile, custom cabinets, updated lighting and fixtures, and a curbless walk-in shower with a linear drain.
Liberty Park (August 2022): the condo bathroom got new tile throughout the shower and tub area, a soaking tub, new floors, gold fixtures and painted cabinets, alongside new wood floors, windows and kitchen updates in the rest of the unit.
