Where doing them together saves money
Design and selections happen once, so tile, fixtures and finishes can be ordered together. Plumbing and electrical rough-in can be inspected in one visit when the rooms are on the same permit. Trades show up for a longer block instead of three separate short ones.
It also means one period of dust and noise instead of three.
Projects where we did several bathrooms at once
Wellsprings (2024): the guest, kids' and primary bathrooms plus the laundry room, scheduled with the homeowners to keep disruption down while several areas were active.
Manassas I (June 2020): the guest and master bathrooms were fully remodeled before the clients moved in, along with a new covered patio and fence.
Ridge Oak (September 2020) and Lincolnshire (December 2021) paired master and guest bath remodels with kitchen work. The condo at East Avenue (September 2023) renovated both the master and guest baths.

When is the best time to remodel several bathrooms?
