A high-end bathroom is not just more expensive tile. It is more systems: steam, heated floors, a tub inside a wall-to-wall shower, custom cabinetry, lighting on its own plan. Bailey & Bear has built those bathrooms in Austin, and every one of them is on our project gallery.

What high-end actually buys
Better systems behind the walls: vapor barriers for steam, heating mats under tile, linear drains and sloped floors for curbless and wet-room layouts, and lighting on more than one circuit.
Custom work you cannot buy off a shelf: cabinetry built to the room, frameless glass measured after tile, stone or marble cut on site. And more time for the design phase, because the details are where these rooms are won or lost.
